Speculative Creative Scenario

This awareness would be quantified by an increase in the number and quality of leads and accessions across the
Denver, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area. The second goal of this campaign would be to increase general, regional awareness about the existence of the Air
Force Reserve Command.

Offeror’s proposal. Per FAR 15.404-3(b), prime Offerors and subcontractors shall conduct appropriate cost and/or price analyses of all subcontractor/vendor/consultant proposals to establish reasonableness and realism of proposed subcontract/vendor/consultant prices. Ensure that the analyses include specific rationale to support the reasonableness and realism determinations and fully explains any differences between proposed prices by the subcontractor/vendor/consultant and recommended prices proposed by the prime Offeror and/or subcontractor.

ODC. For travel, provide a breakout by trip to include the purpose and number of trips, number of travelers per trip, origin and destination, duration, and a breakout of per diem, car rental, airfare, and other travel costs. All other direct costs shall include the appropriate amount of escalation to cover the entire period of performance required to perform the task.
