14. Rationale for effort relevance: Describe your rationale supporting your assertion of relevance of the submitted contract to the COMPEC acquisition. Clearly link the past performance information to the COMPEC Basic Contract Statement of Work (SOW), especially those requirements identified paragraph 11 above.
