2. Table 1.2, Proposal Organization-Page Limit on pdf page 43 of 55 states “Shall consist of 1 document. The SOW must be no more than 2 pages in length.” L.4.2 Volume Organization on pdf page 45 of 55 depicts the following technical subfactors be included with the technical volume:

Please confirm the Government is seeking the list of flooring elements (that includes Offerors proposed price for each element) and bill of quantities calculation to be included with the Technical Volume? Should the flooring elements and bill of quantities be required with the Technical Volume, the page limit for this Volume will exceed 2 pages.

ANSWER - The SOW is to only include the flooring elements jointly agreed to at the site visit with a total calculation in accordance with L.4.2. and L.4.3.1.1. Please use the updated SON document added in conjunction with these questions and answers. The SOW should not have any elements other than those listed because we all agreed at the site visit on the measurements and which elements form the Flooring IDIQ Database will be used for the gym floor renovation.

The Flooring IDIQ Database is not part of the Technical Volume, it is part of the Price Volume.
