About this file

This document is a Terms and Conditions agreement for a Prepriced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covering aircraft parts washers and related services. The BPA is effective through July 31, 2031, and can be modified or canceled by either party with thirty days' written notice, or by the US Government at any time if statutory, Executive order, or FAR compliance issues arise. The agreement must be reviewed and revised annually to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

The contractor warrants that prices to the US Government will be as low or lower than those charged to the contractor's most favored customer, including any available discounts for prompt payment. The contractor must submit an approved price schedule identified by BPA number for a specific period (e.g., August 26 through July 31), with no price changes permitted without Contracting Officer approval. Monthly price lists must be provided if frequent changes are anticipated. Individual purchase calls against this agreement cannot exceed $350,000. Only authorized personnel listed by the Contracting Officer may place calls, and all deliveries must be accompanied by delivery tickets containing supplier name, BPA and call numbers, purchase date, itemized supplies or services, quantities, unit prices, delivery date, and the name of the individual placing the call. The Contracting Officer or designated representative is solely authorized to sign for vehicles and conduct inspections of services prior to acceptance.
