About this file
This is a Pricing Schedule attachment for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) supporting aircraft parts washer supply and maintenance services at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall for the United States Air Forces in Europe. The schedule establishes firm-fixed-prices that represent maximum rates for all quoted items on individual call orders, with contractors encouraged to offer volume or other discounts to enhance competitiveness.
The pricing schedule covers parts washer equipment and servicing requirements across six military shops: 48 CMS Propulsion Flight, 48 EMS Wheel & Tire Shop, 48 AGE Shop, 48 MUNS Armament Shop, 100 MXS, and 48 MUNS MSEM Shop. Equipment specified includes models such as Jetkleen M-M190, SafetyKleen Model 810, Techno Wash MultiClean 500/3, Aquakleen Auto M115, Solvkleen Auto M810, and Finnsonic SPINTEC 125, with several units already in place. Service requirements vary by shop and include bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and monthly maintenance using approved cleaning solutions such as Cee-Bee Super Bee 300LFG, MIL-PRF-680 Type II/III, Samsol T2, Techno-Cor FE Plus, and Axarel 3000. The schedule emphasizes that no substitutions or non-listed equipment are authorized without prior written approval from the Contracting Officer, and all call order quotes must be built using the established firm-fixed-prices from this schedule.
