About this file

This document is a Terms and Conditions agreement for a Prepriced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for aircraft parts washers and related services. The BPA is effective through June 30, 2031, and can be canceled by either party with 30 days' written notice. The contractor must furnish an approved price list identifying items and services available for call, with pricing guaranteed to be as low or lower than those charged to the contractor's most favored customer, plus any applicable prompt payment discounts. No price changes may be implemented without Contracting Officer approval; if frequent price changes are anticipated, the contractor must submit monthly price lists prior to the effective date of changes. Individual purchase (call) orders placed against this agreement cannot exceed $350,000.00.

Calls under the BPA may only be placed by individuals designated in a list provided by the Contracting Officer; calls from unlisted personnel will not be honored. All shipments must include a delivery ticket containing the supplier name, BPA and call number, purchase date, itemized list of supplies or services, quantity, unit price, extensions with applicable discounts, delivery date, and the name of the individual placing the call. Only the Contracting Officer or designated representatives are authorized to sign for deliveries and to conduct technical supervision, inspection, and acceptance of services. The government's obligation is limited only to the extent of authorized calls actually placed; no obligation exists if no calls are made. All services received will be inspected prior to acceptance.
