About this file
This document is a detailed technical specification for interior lighting (Section 26 51 00) for Project QUUG 07-1022, an EDI Small Aircraft Hangar project at Moron Air Base in Spain. The specification covers LED luminaires with multiple fixture types, including ceiling surface mounted, ceiling mounted 60x60, ceiling mounted LED, and ceiling recessed LED, with specific requirements for watts, lumens, color temperature, and expected lifetime. Key technical requirements include LED drivers with constant-current operation, IP65 protection index, DALI 0-10V control, and a minimum 5-year manufacturer's warranty. The specification also mandates emergency backup battery kits providing 90 minutes of power, occupancy and daylight sensors with network connectivity, and requires comprehensive testing and verification of lighting systems, including field tests performed in the presence of the Contracting Officer.
