MEMORANDUM FOR RFQ INTERESTED PARTIES

FROM 18 CONS/PKB

SUBJECT: Receipt of Question(s) from Vendor Regarding RFQ FA527024QB007, Access Control System

The following are questions submitted by a vendor on 30 May 24 for the subject requirement. The Government’s responses are recorded in blue:

1. Based on the SOW, can you confirm that the only acceptable access control system is DAQ?

Reference SOW, 17 May 24, pg. 2, “The current system is proprietary technology of DAQ Electronics, LLC. The new equipment and system must seamlessly integrate with the current equipment/system that are not being upgraded or replaced to ensure that all facilities can be monitored and controlled by the S-2”.

Parts and system are not required to be DAQ but seamless integration into current DAQ hardware and software is required.
