About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment for a Department of the Air Force contract opportunity at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The amendment (Number 001) modifies the original solicitation (FA524025QM133) for Football and Softball Scoreboards, making several key changes: updating Contract Line Items (CLINs) 0001 and 0002 by removing shipping language, adding site visit instructions, introducing Attachment 3 for Site Visit Details, and extending critical response dates. Specifically, the Request for Information (RFI) due date is extended to Friday, 11 July 2025 at 1600 CHST, and the Request for Quote (RFQ) due date is moved to Wednesday, 16 July 2025 at 1000 CHST. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 333517 (Machine Tool Manufacturing) with a size standard of 500 employees, seeking commercial items through simplified acquisition procedures.
