About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for Solicitation No. FA520925Q0056 for an Avigilon Surveillance System at Yokota Air Base, Japan, dated 13 Jan 2025. The Q&A provides critical details about the project, including network and installation specifications. Key points include: the system will be a stand-alone surveillance system, all camera locations have existing fiber cable connections to Building 210, the contractor will not be provided a donor radio or SOFA status, and the project is limited to local sources due to being performed outside the United States, as justified by FAR 5.202(a)(12).
