We are currently participating as an offeror in response to the Government’s Request for Proposal Number FA5000-14-R-0022 for the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) contract at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
The Government will be selecting contractors for this requirement based on selection factors. One of the selection factors to be rated is contractor past performance. It shall be a key factor in the Government’s final decision. To assist the Government in its assessment of contractor past performance, we are required to identify previous projects and clients who are familiar with our past work. As one of our prior/current customers for past contracting work on (insert project name) we are requesting that you complete the attached Past Performance Questionnaire. This letter also authorizes you to discuss our past performance with the Government and to release information regarding our past performance.
Your prompt attention in completing the attached Past Performance Questionnaire is greatly appreciated. Please return the completed form to the Government representative identified below, to arrive no later than the proposal due date of ________.
