Attachment 2: MQ9 CAT & CWD Government Questions
MQ-9 Contract Aircrew Training (CAT) and Courseware Development (CWD) Government Questions for Industry Day
1. Do you intend to submit a proposal as a prime contractor for this requirement?
2. Is there any capability for industry to train and qualify new MQ-9 pilots and sensor operators (SO) as instructors outside of the USAF sites of Holloman, Creech, March and Hancock? Are there other training facilities that provide academic, PMATS and live flight instruction to become a MQ-9 pilot or SO?
3. Due to the need for trained RPA pilots and SO's, are there options contractors could offer employees to stay on our contract and not pursue other employment opportunities?
4. What contractual and/or program risks do you feel exist with this acquisition?
5. Do you currently possess the required security clearance(s) or have the ability to obtain personnel with sufficient clearance before contract award?
6. In the event this acquisition remains as unrestricted, there will be a requirement for large business offerors to provide a small business subcontracting plan. What is a realistic small business subcontracting goal for large businesses to achieve?
7. What is a sufficient page count/limit for the technical volume?
