ATTACHMENT 1
TECHNICAL TASK ORDER REQUIREMENTS
1.0 INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND: ACC AMIC requires RPA organizational-level (O-level) support at the CONUS location as identified below.
2.0 TASK ORDER OBJECTIVE: Provide O-level maintenance to CONUS military units tasked for local and OCONUS missions.
3.0 REFERENCE: RPA Performance Work Statement (PWS), Appendix N (Operational Requirements), and Attachment 3 – Manpower, Labor Rates, and Pricing Tables.
4.0 UNIQUE TASK ORDER REQUIREMENTS.

Adjustments to Appendix N (Operational Requirements)

Ft. Huachuca, AZ
- Single shift maintenance operation.
- AFI 21-101 ANG Supplement replaces AFI 21-101 CAF Supplement in Appendix C.
- Analyst shall be stationed at Ft Huachuca, AZ.
- No weapons load support required.
- Support MQ-1 crash recovery as required within 25 mile radius of Ft Huachuca; notify AMIC Program Manager within 2 hours when supporting off-base crash recovery;
under no circumstances will contractor personnel enter Mexico.
- Manage Mission Readiness Spares Package (MRSP) located at the 162 WG in Tucson, AZ. Transport all parts and supplies that fit in a full size pickup truck between Ft Huachuca and the 162 WG. The 162 WG will transport all parts that do not fit into a full size pickup truck.
- Use Gov’t-provided TCMax tool control software in place of Tool Accountability System.
- 18 fly days per month, to include 1 ANG UTA weekend per month.
- Preflight spare GCS as required to support remote split operations (RSO). RSO missions shall not extend contractor’s duty day beyond normal shift schedule.
- Average Sorties per Day/Average Sortie Duration:
- MQ-9 = 1 sortie/8 hours
- Any sortie deemed non-effective due to an abort may require the contractor to launch a spare aircraft provided the follow-on sortie does not extend the contractor’s duty day.
