ATTACHMENT 1
TECHNICAL TASK ORDER REQUIREMENTS
1.0 INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND: ACC AMIC requires RPA organizational-level (O-level) support at the CONUS location as identified below.
2.0 TASK ORDER OBJECTIVE: Provide O-level maintenance to CONUS military units tasked for local and OCONUS missions.
3.0 REFERENCE: RPA Performance Work Statement (PWS), Appendix N (Operational Requirements), and Attachment 3 – Manpower, Labor Rates, and Pricing Tables.
4.0 UNIQUE TASK ORDER REQUIREMENTS.

Holloman AFB, NM
- Support flying operations up to two weekend days per month based on mission requirements. No down days following weekend flying.
- Government will provide munitions support, to include delivery/transport of munitions from Munitions Storage Area to the flight line.
- Government will provide West Bay of Hangar 565 for aircraft parking and maintenance, and 3 offices in hangar for contractor use. Coordinate any additional space requirements with the 49 MXG.
- Government will maintain FSSTs.
- Government provides AGE support.
- Projected flying hour windows varies from approximately 12-15 hours daily with actual times and durations subject to change due to mission requirements, weather conditions, etc.
- Average Sorties per Day/Average Sortie Duration:
- MQ-1 = 1 sortie/12 hours
- MQ-9 = 3 sorties/12 hours (FY18)
