MEMORANDUM FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS
FROM: Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center
(AMIC) Contracting (PKC)
SUBJECT: Solicitation FA4890-13-R-0007, Mobile Air Surveillance System (MASS) Pre-Proposal
Conference Information
1. HQ ACC AMIC will be conducting an open forum briefing on Wednesday, 18 December 2013 in order to share information on the government’s requirement for MASS and answer and questions on the solicitation. The Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted in the AMIC’s 3 rd floor conference room.
The AMIC is located in the SunTrust Bank Building at 11817 Canon Boulevard, Newport News, VA
23606. Due to space limitations, please limit the number of individuals attending to three (3). Registration begins at 12:45 p.m. and the briefing will begin at 1:00 p.m. The conference will start with the government’s briefing and will be followed by an open forum Q&A session ending no later than 3:00 p.m.
2. For our planning purposes, please provide the following information if you are interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Conference:
a) Name of Company (Include main telephone number and email, if any)
b) Cage Code
c) DUNS Number
d) Company Size for NAICS 517919 (SBA Size Standard is $30 million)
e) Company’s anticipated role in MASS (Prime or sub-contractor)
f) Name of each individual attending, his or her contact number and e-mail address
All requests to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference must be submitted via email to amicMASSrecompete@langley.af.mil no later than Monday, 16 December 2013. Please use the title
“[Company Name] – Pre-Proposal Conference Attendees” in the e-mail subject line. Submit all questions regarding the solicitation in writing via e-mail to the address listed in above. During the pre-proposal conference, the Government will address questions received from offerors no later than 17 December
2013, and field any additional questions. The Government will provide official answers to questions that are in writing.
3. We recommend you check Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) regularly for pertinent information.
