APPENDIX E
CONTRACTOR’S MINIMUM EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The contractor’s minimum education and experience requirements, submitted as part of the proposal, will be incorporated here as Appendix E. This will be considered proprietary and not releasable under the Freedom of Information Act.
1.0. Contractor’s Education and Experience Requirements. At a minimum:
1.1. The program manager and alternate, the Bogotá SATCOM site manager, all rapid response personnel located at Bogota, and all personnel employed at the Joint
Interagency Task Force-South (JIATF-S) at Key West, Florida shall be U.S. citizens with a Secret security clearance.
1.2. All U.S. citizen key personnel shall possess a Secret security clearance.
1.3. The contractor shall ensure employees have the required valid professional certifications before starting work under this contract. Employees must have a valid driver’s license when required to drive government-or contractor-provided vehicles.
Engineers shall have applicable state and/or federal certificates required to perform PWS requirements.
1.4. All contractor employees hired to work on prime mission equipment shall be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
