QUESTIONS:
1. Please provide location of Electrical Panel we are to utilize for this project.
2. Confirm it is not the intent of this SOW to have any under-slab sanitary pipe relocated or replaced. Confirm exiting roof vents will be remain for re-use.
3. Can dimension'd as-built drawings of the current bathrooms be provided.
4. Page 50 of 61 paragraph E. (Volume II) Price, subparagraph a. Subfactor 1; You have indicated that we need to provide a completed Construction Cost Breakdown (Attachment 14). Since Attachment 1 – SABER SOW requires task orders under this contract to utilize e4clicks software, will it be acceptable to provide our Construction Cost Breakdown to you in this format (e4clicks)?
5. Will the government please provide as-built or record drawings (in dwg and pdf format) of the existing conditions regarding the area where the seed project will occur?
ANSWERS:
1. See attachment
2. Assume that it is not the intent, that would end up being an unforseen sight condition in which you would only find out if that is required after work began. Per the Technical Expert on 11 June 2015, it was asked about the roof vents, and his answer was they will remain for re-use.

4. You are required per evaluation critieria to provide the Costruction Cost Breakdown (attachment 14), if you would like to provide the e4Clicks as well, you can do so but you will not be evaluated on e4Clicks. The purpose for this is to make sure everyone can provide a proposal on fair terms as not every contractor has used e4Clicks before and there is a learning curve associated with its use.
5. Reference question 3, see attachments.
