FA483026Q0001- 38 RQS Technical

Rescue FMP Course Q&A’s

Question Answer

1. The contractor understands that a portion of the items marked as, “provided by contractor for reuse in course” would be needed at the time of the training event (Section 6, item a, subitem vii and item d., subitems xi, xii, and xiii). However, considering a portion of the other items are currently backordered or have an extended lead time per the manufacturer, would the Government consider extending the delivery date an additional 90 days for the medical items listed within this section other than the items noted for use in course, with the understanding that the contractor will make every effort to deliver these items as soon as possible?

Yes, we are fine with extending out the date 90 days for equipment

2. In accordance with SOW Section 16, the contractor must supply the equipment listed by Day One of the exercise (8th February 2026). Would the Government consider extending the delivery date by an additional 90 days to ensure the Contractor’s ability to receive, consolidate, and ship the items, based on the inability to check stock levels for some of the medical items due to pending sizing determinations?

2. Same as #1

3. Could the Government please provide specifications (e.g., type of paper, size, version) for the printed Ranger Handbook?

3. Rite in the rain paper, standard ranger handbook size as published by the army.

4. Will the 8th and 13th be travel days?

4.8 th will be travel and prep day, 13th will be training day and travel back
