About this file
The document is a comprehensive regulatory file detailing the 38th Rescue Squadron's (RQS) Full Mission Profile (FMP) regulations and requirements for pararescue and combat rescue operations training. The regulations cover critical training elements from multiple chapters of the PJ CFETP (Career Field Education and Training Plan), including tactical operations, technical rescue and recovery, emergency medical operations, and full mission profile exercises. Key training requirements include mass casualty recovery missions, confined space/structural collapse recovery missions, and specific operational scenarios involving rope rescue, extrication techniques, and simulated combat environments.
Specific training regulations reference multiple operational manuals including AFMAN 10-3507 (Mountain Operations Program), AFMAN 10-3511 (Pararescue and Combat Rescue Officer Operations), and detailed chapters outlining qualification processes for PJ element leaders. The documentation emphasizes comprehensive training across multiple rescue and tactical domains, with a focus on preparing pararescue personnel for complex, multi-faceted operational environments through structured, scenario-based instruction that covers urban, medical, and technical rescue skill sets.
