A new standalone electrical system will be required and can be fed from the transformer identifed on the site visit. | ||||

If not, where is the most feasible location for staging/access? | The most feasible location for staging is the corner of Suwannee Rd and Mississippi Rd, adjacent rock area. Tyndall Air Force base has many current and future projects, any staging/material laydown areas will need prior approval from 325 CES prior to use. | ||||

| 25 | Attachment 1 SOW, para. 2.2.2 states to provide (2) 20 amp receptacles every 20 ft. around the perimeter of the new parking facility. This is a duplex receptacle every 20 ft and would equal the 45 outlets identified in Attachment B. However, the last page of SOW Appendix A states to provide (2) 20 amp duplex receptacles every 15-20 feet (4 outlets every 15-20 feet) or a total of 90 outlets. Because each receptacle is required to have its own circuit this would double the number of circuits and electrical panels required. Please confirm whether a single duplex outlet (2 receptacles) or (2) duplex (4 receptacles) are required every 20 feet. | Clarification: Receptacle (1 device, 2 outlets). Provide (2) 20 Amp Receptacle every 20' feet around the perimeter of the new parking facility. Each receptacle will have its own dedicated 20 Amp Circuit. This means there will be (2) recepacles every 20' around the perimeter of the new pad. | |

Anything outside the fenced area (broken poles, old fencing, old concrete, etc, will be the responsibility of the contractor. CEMIRT will need a 14 day notice to move any equipment within the fenced area. | |
