About this file
This notice describes a federal contract opportunity to restore a parking area at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. The Department of the Air Force is soliciting proposals for a single-award, firm-fixed price contract to provide all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, materials, and other items necessary to complete the tasks defined in the statement of work. The contractor will be responsible for repairing select pavements and must adhere to guidance including unified facilities criteria and standards from the Air Force, Department of Defense, Florida statutes, and other regulatory bodies. The period of performance is 365 calendar days after notice to proceed. Proposals will be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection procedure. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on June 2, 2021 via beta.SAM.gov and proposals will be accepted for this 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside requirement, which has an estimated value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
