All work must comply with UFC, UFGS, AFI, NFPA, NEC, IBC, IPC, and SCDHEC requirements. The contractor shall provide 1-year onsite preventative maintenance, a 5-year manufacturer warranty with product registration proof, and all operations and maintenance manuals and training documentation. On-site construction duration shall not exceed 30 calendar days, coordinated with 20 CES, Security Forces, and ARCENT.

Required submittals include AF Form 66 Submittal Register, manufacturer drawings and specifications, PE-stamped foundation drawings and structural calculations, electrical shop drawings, barrier control logic diagrams, loop detector and photobeam layout, System Galaxy integration plan, ASTM F2656 M30 crash rating certification, and material specifications. Quality acceptance standards are specified for barrier installation (level within ±1/8 inch, no visible defects from 6 ft), concrete foundations (4,000 psi minimum strength, no cracks exceeding 1/16 inch), electrical controls (zero false activations), and System Galaxy integration (100% reliability with existing credentials). The contractor shall submit DD1354 forms with each progress payment starting at 50% completion and final DD1354 two weeks prior to final inspection.
