About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document dated 30 April 2026 for the Large A&E Services solicitation (FA469026RA-E). The document addresses a single inquiry regarding the timeline for solicitation document release.

According to the response, the solicitation is currently in the presolicitation phase, during which vendors submit qualification packages for evaluation by the Source Selection Team. Solicitation documents will be sent directly to the highest-rated vendors as determined by their qualification packages. The contracting officer estimates solicitation release for sometime in June or early July 2026, with the caveat that this timeline is subject to change based on the volume of qualification packages received and the project's complexity.

Questions and Answers: Large A&E Services, FA469026RA-E

1. Do you have an estimated date the solicitation documents will be released? We have been watching this project since January 9, 2025 and it is still listed as being in the Pre-solicitation phase on Sam.gov.

a. The solicitations should be sent directly to the highest rated vendors, as determined by the Source Selection Team based on the submitted qualification packages. To give a rough timeline as to when the solicitations are expected to be sent out, our current estimate is sometime in June or early July, though this is subject to change depending on the number of packages received and complexity.
