The contractor furnishes all personnel, equipment, tools, replacement parts (up to 75 per item per year), a closed-loop recovery system for extinguishing agents, disposal services, and comprehensive reporting documenting all findings, repairs, weights, and service dates. The government furnishes the collection point, transportation, halogenated agent from existing stock, owner's manuals, and project oversight. All work must meet quality assurance standards verified through 100% government inspection of completed extinguishers.
