About this file

This document is a Solicitation Amendment (Standard Form 30) for a small business set-aside contract to provide electrical power and communications infrastructure for a portable Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at Fort Bliss, Texas. The amendment, numbered 0001 and dated 29 Jul 2025, modifies the original solicitation FA466125R0011 by removing language that would invalidate proposals from offerors not attending the site visit, making the site visit optional for all bidders.

Key details include a project value between $25,000 to $100,000, with proposals due by 2:00 PM CST on 06 August 2025. Offerors must submit electronically to SSgt Marshal Khinno and Contracting Officer Danny Webb, with a proposed optional site visit on 25 July 2025 at 9:00 AM CST. The contract requires providing labor, personnel, tools, equipment, and materials to install electrical power at the Fort Bliss portable SCIF, adhering to manufacturer standards and applicable US laws. Base access requires valid ID or contractor pass, with advance request for sponsorship needed for entry.
