Past Performance Reference Sheet In accordance with (IAW) paragraph 4 of Section L of this solicitation, please provide up to five (5) recent and relevant past performance references. As a reminder, “recent” is defined as “completed or ongoing projects from July 2021 to the date of this solicitation”, and “relevant” is defined as “a project with a scope identical to the requirements of the solicitation and valued greater than or equal to $350,000.00.” Include rationale supporting your assertion of relevance.

One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of the offerors past performance on contracts or other work efforts, which reflect the offeror's ability to perform on the proposed effort. We depend on information received from organizations such as yours, which have had first-hand experience with the offeror, for the evaluation of the offeror's performance on those contracts or work efforts.

Past performance references must be provided within Volume I – Past Performance of your company’s proposal, which is to be submitted and received no later than 31 August 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).
