About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to a commercial service solicitation issued by the United States Air Force at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The amendment, effective September 15, 2026, adds Attachment 5 (Questions and Answers) to the original solicitation FA461326R0008, now designated FA461326R00080001. The quotation due date remains Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time, with quotes valid for 90 calendar days. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service Contract as a 100% small business set aside to one responsible offeror whose proposal provides the greatest overall benefit to the Government.
The solicitation requires tree removal and disposal services to an appropriate dump site, with costs inclusive of the service price. Quotations must include unit and extended pricing for each line item, and offerors must submit a one-page narrative demonstrating capability to perform the work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. A mandatory site visit was scheduled for September 14, 2026. All offerors must be registered in SAM.gov with active small business certifications and no active exclusions. Evaluation will be based equally on price and technical acceptability factors, with the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer receiving the award. Quotations must be submitted via email only to kyle.harris.23@us.af.mil and liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil, with primary contact Liezel McIntyre at (307) 773-3411.
