About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Contract for Radio Tower maintenance. The solicitation, issued by the U.S. Air Force at FE Warren AFB, seeks a contractor to perform maintenance services at five Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and Building 3650. Key details include a quote submission deadline of 11:00 am MST on Wednesday, 17 September 2025, with offers to be emailed to specified Air Force contacts. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, have no active exclusions in the past three years, and submit a 10-page maximum quote including a Mission Essential Contractor Service Plan.
Critical requirements include compliance with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity standards, with contractors needing a minimum assessment score of 110, and submission of various attachments such as a Performance Work Statement, CUI receipt, and wage determinations. The solicitation explicitly notes that funds are not currently available, and the government's contract obligation is contingent on future appropriated funds. Offerors must acknowledge understanding of the services outlined in the Performance Work Statement and be prepared to handle controlled unclassified nuclear information. Quotes will be valid for 60 calendar days and an authorized company representative must sign the SF 1449 to bind the offer contractually.
