About this file
This combined synopsis/solicitation requests quotes for an uninterruptible power supply system installation and maintenance/sustainment services at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. The 90th Contracting Squadron is seeking a firm fixed-price award for a base year of installation plus four option years of maintenance. Quotes are due by February 29, 2024 and must include pricing for the base year installation under CLIN 0001 and each option year of maintenance under separate CLINs. The site visit was held on February 15 and the opportunity is set aside for women-owned small businesses. The selected contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to remove the old system and install a new UPS that provides a minimum of two hours of battery runtime. The contractor must also hold a current Wyoming electrical license and provide warranties on all system components.
