About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a networking infrastructure expansion project for the 97th Intelligence Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. The project involves engineering, furnishing, installing, and testing new premise wiring and network equipment for the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) in building 301D, room 41G. Key requirements include inspecting existing communications lines, procuring network switches specified by 55th Cyberspace Squadron (55 CYS), installing green-colored fiber optic cables, terminating cables in designated patch panels, and ensuring compliance with various telecommunications industry standards.
The contractor must provide all materials, labor, and management to complete the installation, with specific technical requirements including routing cables in a structured manner, using plenum-rated cables, installing OS2 single-mode and OM4 multi-mode fiber, and labeling all new infrastructure according to Offutt AFB/AT&T standards. Security provisions mandate that all personnel must be U.S. persons, potentially requiring a minimum DoD Secret Security Clearance, and will undergo a comprehensive vetting process. The project is limited to three months of performance, with work to be conducted during normal operating hours, and all new equipment must meet Trade Act Agreement (TAA) compliance.
