Work shall be performed during standard business hours (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday) when possible, with flexibility for off-duty hours and weekend scheduling to accommodate mission-essential operations. The government will provide access to water hookups and 120V electrical outlets at each building; the contractor is responsible for supplying hoses, extension cords, and adapters. Wastewater containing chemicals must be removed from the base for disposal; cleaning with soap and water has no additional disposal requirements. The contractor must coordinate with the Lead Facility Manager and building custodians with 24-hour advance notice and notify the manager upon completion of each facility. The contract period spans 12 months (November 26, 2026 through October 31, 2027) with four optional 12-month renewal periods. All contractor personnel require valid REAL ID Act-compliant federal identification credentials, and the contractor is responsible for safeguarding military information per OPSEC requirements without photographing facilities, equipment, or personnel unless authorized.
