1.4 The Solicitation number listed here is different than the solicitation number listed on the SF1449 Block 5 Solicitation Number. Which is the corre solicitation number? FA4552-18-R-0060 or FA445219-R-A001 FA445219RA001 is correct. This has been corrected in Addendum to FAR 52.212‐1.

Section 1.0 (d) states the proposal shall be valid through 01 Sep 19, but in the reps and certs is states the proposal should be valid for 30 days. Please clarify that it should be valid through 01 Sep 19 not just 30 days. Proposals shall be valid through 1 October 2019. This has been updated in Addendum to FAR 52.212‐1.

Section 1.0 (d) The issue date is listed as 11 Oct 18 and due date of 10 Nov 18 are specified in blocks 6 and 8, respectively, of the solicitation. This is not correct, will this be corrected? The solicitation has been extended to 7 February 2019 and this has been corrected in Addendum to FAR 52.212‐1.

Section 1.2 under Volume Title and Page Limit it shows for Volume 1 completed RFP as 53 pages but there is 54 pages in the RFP. Should the last page be included to be 54 pages or should we leave that page out. The amended number of pages has been updated in Addendum to FAR 52.212‐1

Section 3.2.1: Subfactor One asks for a draft Technical and Management Work Plan, Phase-In Plan and Quality Draft Program Plan. It states that the Quality Draft Program Plan does not count towards the page count. Do these two -- draft Technical and Management Work Plan and Phase-In Plan count towards the 20 page limit in the Technical Volume?
The Addendum to FAR 52.212‐1 has been amended to remove the Phase‐in Plan and the Draft Quality Program Plan from the offeror's technical approach. The Technical and Management Work Plan count toward the page limit.

Section 3.2.1: Subfactor One, states each offeror shall provide a Mission Essential Services Plan, as required by DFARS 252.237-7024 for the tasks identified in para.
11.5.8 of the PWS. There is not a section 11.5.8 in the PWS, should this be omitted or does it apply to another section? If the plan is required does it count towards the 20 pages limit? The correct paragraph number is 8.3.2.1. This has been corrected in the Addendum to FAR 52.212‐1.

Section 3.3 Task 3 - GDSS Operation Validation Services: For purposes of pricing, how many requiring Operation Validation releases does the government anticipate per year? Since this is a FFP CLIN, with the government allow an equitable adjustment if the number of releases increases? Three for version and 115 changes and patches as the situation dictates.

Section 1.3: Can the response be submitted as a pdf. on the electronic copy and CD? Many vendors no longer have MS Office 2007 so later version of MS Office may open the document with errors unless in a pdf. The document must be readable by Microsoft (MS) Office 2016 suite of applications. The Addendum to FAR 52.212‐1 has been updated to reflect this change.
Can the government please confirm that the below bullets are a part of the scope for this PWS for Command and Control Systems Services (C2SS)? • Sustainment services, for example, Corrective, Adaptive, Enhancement, or Perfective Maintenance (IEEE Std 1219); • GDSS system releases in a non-servic interrupted process; • Support to fielding and operational maintenance; • Implement agile development activities and administrative support to meet financial and programmatic reporting needs PWS1
