About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a comprehensive base tree removal and trimming project for a federal facility, scheduled for fiscal year 2025. The project encompasses 38 distinct tree management tasks across multiple areas, with varying priorities (HIGH, MED, LOW) involving removal and/or trimming of 131 trees of different sizes (small, medium, large) in locations including building perimeters, parking lots, parks, and sensitive areas like child development centers and military training ranges. Specific requirements include stump grinding, precise trimming standards (8 feet up from ground, 14 feet from roads, 3 feet from buildings), and careful debris management, with wood chips to be hauled off-site or spread out depending on location. The work must be completed within 60 days after Notice to Proceed, performed between 0700-1700 Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays, with special considerations for residential areas and environmental safety.
