This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for visual and sound system renovations at the 14th Weapons Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Florida, dated 20 July 2026.

The contractor shall perform comprehensive audiovisual renovations in Building 91048, including one auditorium and four classrooms (rooms 118, 119, 120, and 133). In both spaces, the contractor must replace or remove existing overhead wiring, install control boxes/panels to manage audio and video systems with one-touch functionality, and ensure all equipment complies with NIPRnet and SIPRNet security requirements per Department of Air Force Instructions 17-101, 17-1304, 17-100, 17-130, and 17-1301. No wireless or Bluetooth capabilities are permitted. The contractor must provide a minimum 18-month warranty on workmanship and installation, plus 18-month troubleshooting support for existing equipment. Any equipment requiring replacement must include a demonstration of incompatibility.

Specific auditorium requirements include installing a new media cabinet (such as Middle Atlantic Sota C5 Credenza) to consolidate four video sources (GFE Document Camera, NIPR GFE Personal Computer, SIPR GFE Personal Computer, and GFE Video Telecommunications Camera); integrating or renovating two existing audio systems into one with minimum six operating speakers; supporting six XLR hard-wired microphones with mute functionality; enabling video teleconferencing at minimum 1080p resolution with motorized pan/tilt/auto-focus; and replacing projection screens on both walls (West wall: motorized 120-140 inches, 16:9 aspect ratio; East wall: pull-down 85-95 inches, 16:9 aspect ratio). The East wall projector must be replaced to meet 1080p specifications. Classroom requirements include updating wiring to integrate existing speaker systems with podium equipment (NIPR/SIPR Personal Computers, 65-inch Ideum Pro displays, and Document Viewers), condensing equipment into media cabinets similar to the auditorium, supporting minimum four speakers controlled via one-touch system, and enabling dual projectors to display different or identical video sources. Room 120, which lacks a current AV podium, requires a matching media cabinet installation.

Completion requirements include providing written documentation of all removed and newly installed equipment, delivering owner's manuals and manufacturer specifications before leaving the site, cleaning all debris, conducting a 100% Systems Acceptance Test with the 14 WPS Point of Contact, submitting consolidated equipment lists with cable routing schedules and signal-flow diagrams, and delivering on-site training for up to five personnel within 30 days of acceptance. The project must be completed within four weeks of commencement, working Monday-Friday, 0830-1630, excluding listed holidays and family days. The contractor is responsible for all parts, equipment, tools, labor, and electrical installation/removal. The contractor must provide their own electrical personnel and ensure no government property is damaged; any damage must be repaired or replaced at no expense to the government. Upon arrival, the 14 WPS Point of Contact will escort contractors and assign a government supervisor for operational security purposes.
