About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for visual and sound system renovations at the 14th Weapons Squadron auditorium and four classrooms (rooms 118, 119, 120, and 133) in Building 91048 at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The contractor must provide all management tools, equipment, supplies, technical data, and labor necessary to test, tear down, quote, and complete the renovations within a four-week timeframe (Monday-Friday, 0830-1630), excluding weekends, holidays, and family days listed in the document.

For both the auditorium and classrooms, the contractor shall replace or remove current visual and sound overhead wiring, install a unified control box/panel to switch between all audio and video capabilities with single-button functionality, and ensure all equipment complies with DISA RME Vendor Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and handles both NIPRnet and SIPRNet systems. The contractor must provide servicing within three business days of notification. In the auditorium specifically, the contractor will install a new media cabinet (similar to Middle Atlantic Sota C5 Credenza) to house video and audio equipment, integrate wiring for a 14-speaker system to accept input from 9 hard-wired microphones, install video telecommunications equipment capable of 1080p resolution with motorized camera functions (rotate, tilt, auto-focus), replace or upgrade projectors to 1080p minimum resolution, and replace both projection screens (West and East walls) with motorized 16:9 aspect ratio screens. In the four classrooms, the contractor will install new wiring for speaker systems, integrate current Ideum Pro tables with podium computers and AV systems, condense and install media equipment into credenza-style furniture, replace speakers with 4-6 inch models controlled via the one-touch system, install an uninterruptible power supply for the podium computer (5-minute minimum backup), and ensure two projectors per room can display different or duplicate images. All equipment must be tested and fully operational before completion, with operation checks performed in front of the 14 Weapons Squadron point of contact (POC). The contractor must provide written documentation of all removed and newly installed equipment, owner's manuals, manufacturer specifications, and applicable warranties before leaving the jobsite, and must clean/remove all debris to an offsite location with removed equipment turned over to the POC. The contractor is responsible for repair or replacement of any government property damaged during the work at no expense to the government, and a government employee will supervise contractor visits to ensure operational security (OPSEC).
