Post Date - 24 Aug 2015
Reference Solicitation page 42, Section L, paragraph (1)(d). This proposal preparation instruction states that the Technical Proposal is to be “sanitized with CAGE code only”. What does sanitized entail?
Sanitizing entails removing ALL company identifiers and only leaving the company's cage code on the technical documents. An example of some company identifiers may include names, words, or logos.
Reference Solicitation page 3, Section A, Block 10 Continuation page and Amendment #1. Under submission of questions, the document states “Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing in Word format to the individuals above no later than close of business 5 calendar days after the site visit.” Per Amendment #1 a second site visit is scheduled for August 25, 2015. Is the deadline for submission of questions extended for all Offerors until 5 days after the second site visit?
The deadline for submission of questions coincides with the site visit date attended. Submission of questions for attendees of the 17 August 2015 site visit is 24 August 2015. Submission of questions for attendees of the 25 August 2015 site visit is 1 September 2015. *Important Reminder* the proposal due date will remain 8 September 2015 due to proximity of end of fiscal year time constraints.
