# Question GOV Response

There is contradictory specification information provided in the bid documents. Attachment B

12 15.13 which is dated October 2021. Please confirm we are to use Section 32 12 15.13 from

Attachment H in lieu of that included in Attachment B

The Contractor shall follow Attachment H, 32 12

15.13 October 2021 version.

SOW Paragraph 2.2.20 allows for a superpave mix in lieu of a marshall method. Please confirm attached TXDOT approved Superpave Type C PG76-22 mix is acceptable for this project

Superpave Type C PG76-22 mix, Attachment S-4, has been deamed an acceptable alternative IAW specifications listed in SOW Section 2.2.20.
