About this file

This is an Asbestos Bulk Analysis Report prepared by Environmental Hazards Services, LLC for the United States Air Force Base. Report number 25-08-03868 was received on 08/19/2025, analyzed on 08/20/2025, and reported on 08/21/2025. The client is 802 CES/CEIE located at 1651 5th Street West, JBSA Randolph, TX 78150, with client number 45-6537. The project tested three bulk samples from McQuay Chillers collected on 08/08/2025 by David Fierros, with a due date of 08/22/2025.

All three samples (Lab Sample Numbers 25-08-03868-001, -002, and -003) tested negative for asbestos (NAD—no asbestos detected). Each sample was composed of white paint-like and black pliable foam-like inhomogeneous materials and contained 100% non-fibrous other materials. The analysis was conducted using EPA Method 600/R-93/116 and EPA Method 600/M4-82-020 with a reporting limit of 1% asbestos. Quality control included sample 96-M22012-4 and blank SRM 1866 Fiberglass. The report was analyzed by Keleigh King and reviewed by authorized signatory Melissa Kanode, QA/QC Clerk. The laboratory holds NVLAP certification #101882-0 and VELAP 460172.

These results are based on a comparative visual estimate. The condition of the samples analyzed was acceptable upon receipt per laboratory protocol unless otherwise noted on this report. Each distinct component in an inhomogeneous sample was analyzed separately and reported as a composite.

Results represent the analysis of samples submitted by the client. Sample location, description, area, volume, etc., was provided by the client. This report cannot be used by the client to claim product endorsement by NVLAP or any agency of the U.S. Government. This report shall not be reproduced except in full, without the written consent of the Environmental Hazards Service, L.L.C. NVLAP #101882-0 VELAP 460172

Environmental Hazards Services, L.L.C. recommends reanalysis by point count (for more accurate quantification) or Transmission Electron Microscopy

(TEM), (for enhanced detection capabilities) for materials regulated by EPA NESHAP (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants) and found to contain less than ten percent (<10%) asbestos by polarized light microscopy (PLM). Both services are available for an additional fee.

400 Point Count Analysis, where noted, performed per EPA Method 600/R-93/116 with a Reporting Limit of 0.25%.
