Instruction for Completing the Price Model:
This price model for the SERE Training Support Services requirement is arranged by year as it relates to the requirement. Each worksheet is representative of each year of the contract.
Offerors shall fill out each worksheet in accordance with Section L.6.4.5. and the following instructions:
CLIN X001: In each Pricing Period Tap, Provide a whole dollar Unit Price amount for each ELEMENT. Each ELEMENT represents each course supported by this contract. The sum of all ELEMENTS will make up the CLINs Total Evaluated Price (TEP).
CLIN 0004: Provide a whole dollar Unit Price for the one month Mobilization period.
CLINs X002 - X003 - DO NOT ender a unit price. Cost Reimbursable CLINs will not be factored into the TEP, will only count toward the Total Contract Price. OFFERORS WILL ONLY BE
EVALUATED ON TEP, NOT TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE.
Pricing Period Worksheets: Extended Price and Total Evaluated Price will automatically populate once all CLIN Unit Price Information is inserted.
Summary by Period Worksheet and Total CLIN Summary Worksheet: Will automatically populate information from the Pricing Period Worksheets.

TOTAL CLIN Summary Worksheet: Amounts will automatically populate information from the Pricing Period Worksheets and calculate the total contract price.
TEP Worksheet: Amounts will automatically populate information from the TOTAL CLIN Summary Worksheet to calculate offertory Total Evaluated Price.

SERE Training Support Services PWS

FROM:
2.2.1. Resistance Training. Contractor personnel shall provide resistance training requirements in accordance with (IAW) all applicable additional documents (PWS Paragraph 8 and Appendix B). The contractor shall provide appropriate role-playing costumes for each of the three captivity environments listed in PWS Appendix C. Contractor personnel shall perform resistance training activities at Survival School Remote Training Sites approximately 2-4 times annually, to include but not limited to, student searches, processing and field tactical interrogations. The functional area COR or COR Supervisor will notify the contractor Site Manager or Alternate Site Manager a minimum of 3 weeks prior executing field tactical interrogations. Contractor personnel shall perform management, training, and instructor certification functions during academic, laboratory and operational training. The contractor shall provide a minimum of two female instructors for resistance training. Below are the break-out of the different sections for Resistance Training.

Pick-up week includes in-garrison Survival and Evasion laboratories, with departure for the field on Friday. Field operations occur from Friday of Pick-up week through Wednesday of Field Week. Contractor personnel will be expected to work 40 hour weeks when in garrison and up to 80 hour work weeks when in support of field operations Schedule variations will occur between 0700 and 1730. Hours will vary depending on student ability, required instruction and environmental conditions. Contractor personnel will be expected to perform duties between 0600 and 2200. The contractor will be required to remain on-site and available to respond to emergencies or other situations that may arise. Training and support weeks are primarily in-garrison, with occasional seasonal requirements for field maintenance activities or instructor proficiency training in a field environment.
