Summary of Changes: Amendment 1 7 Jun 2018
Performance Work Statement
• PWS Date FROM: 16 May 2018
TO: 4 Jun 2018
• PWS Section 1.2.4.4. Phase-In Transition of Contractor
From: The successor contractor shall develop and submit a phase-in plan to the CO and site-specific COR NLT calendar days prior to contract start.
To: Section 1.2.4.4. Phase-In Transition of Contractor was removed from the PWS
• PWS Section 2.2.2.1.1. ROCC HOURS OF OPERATION
From: The ROCC shall open no later than one hour prior to the start of the first scheduled range mission. The Restricted and TAC range operating hours are published as Monday through Friday between the hours of 0730-2330, and other times by Notice To Airmen (NOTAM). Daily scheduling is accomplished by Luke AFB Range Scheduling, 56 Range Management Office (RMO)/ASMS from 0730-1430 with the contractor managing the schedule for efficiency from 1430-2330. 56 RMO/ASMS shall notify the contractor of scheduled BMGR missions no later than 1430 on the duty day prior.

• PWS Section 3.2.2.1.3 EW Training
From: Threat operators shall simulate a wide range of air defense configurations and complexities ranging from autonomously operated threats to a complex and highly integrated air defense system. The level of IADS applied shall be requested by the aircrew, based on the aircrew training objective, or otherwise determined by the Government. All EW engagement activity shall be recorded via the Advanced Display and Debriefing System (ADDS), Personal Computer Debriefing System (PCDS), or DVD recording media depending on the equipment configuration utilized.

• Section L.2.4.5. Foldouts:
From: Legible tables, charts, graphs and figures shall be used wherever practical to depict organizations, systems and layout, implementation schedules, plans, etc. These displays shall be uncomplicated, legible and shall not exceed 11 x 17 inches in size. Foldout pages shall fold entirely within the volume. Each printed side of a foldout will count as two pages.
Foldout pages may only be used for large tables, charts, graphs, diagrams and schematics;
not for pages of text. For tables, charts, graphs and figures, the font shall be no smaller than 10 font, Times New Roman. Design drawings may be in the Offeror's format, provided standard commercial policies and practices are followed. All information (except documentation numbers, classification markings, and page numbers) shall be contained within an image area of 11 x 17 inches.
