Added paragraph that reads: "2.1.13.13. Anti-Terrorism. SAFB has an anti-terrorism program that is responsible for helping secure and protect the base and its personnel from terrorist attacks. All SP personnel are required to obey all orders from Security Forces, and adhere to all security measures implemented as a result of Force Protection Condition changes (security posture changes). Additionally, SP personnel shall report any suspicious activities, packages, or items to base security forces while conducting work on SAFB. Suspicious activities could include personnel conducting surveillance of the installation, unauthorized personnel requesting access to the installation, or somebody asking a lot of questions about the base. In an effort to help familiarize SP employees, and sub-SPs about antiterrorism, SAFB has an antiterrorism binder with all of the pertinent information for awareness training available for mandatory review at the Pass and Registration Office located at the Missile Road Gate (building #1405) of SAFB, TX.".

Added paragraph that reads: "2.1.13.14. Antiterrorism (AT)/Force Protection (FP) Training: All SP personnel will comply with all AT/FP measures in the event there is a threat to the installation in real world and exercise.
Although not required for SP personnel, they shall be afforded the opportunity to complete the AT Level I awareness training. For personnel who do not have access to the Air Force's Advance Distance Learning System (ADLS) they can receive this training from the ADLS web site.".

This report shall be submitted to the 82 CES/CEV by the 15th day after the end of each month. A separate report is required for each blast operation (blast hangar, glove box/enclosed unit, outside unenclosed operation) and different medias used.
Outside blast operations must be coordinated with the air program manager (82 CES/CEV).".

Added the following paragraph: "The SP shall submit a monthly report of the quantity of solvent processed, recovered, and disposed of each month for each solvent/thinner distilled to the 82 CES/CEV by the 15th day after the end of each month.".

When the SP proposes to replace a Government provided vehicle, the SP’s transportation point of contact shall coordinate the proper return and disposition of the vehicle IAW the appropriate Air Force guidance."
