SHEPPARD AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SERVICES
PRE-PREPOSAL CONFERENCE and SITE VISIT
INVITATION
Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend a Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit for the Sheppard Aircraft Maintenance requirement 17–18 Nov 15 at Sheppard AFB. The agenda for the day is listed below and may be adjusted, based upon completion of scheduled activities.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
Pre-registration is mandatory for attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference, Site Visit, and/or one-on-one sessions. Submit the following information for each attendee to the Contracting Officer, Elizabeth Preston, (elizabeth.preston@us.af.mil) NLT 1200 Central Standard Time (CST) 5 Nov 15:
1) Name; 2) Date of Birth; 3) Driver’s License Number/State of Issue; 5) Company; 6) Job/Duty Title
Sheppard AFB Security Forces will complete a background check of non-DoD ID card holders seeking base access. The Government is not responsible if an attendee is denied access to the base. NOTE: DoD ID card holders (retired military, current contractor, etc.) are required to provide the Pre-registration data in order to attend the scheduled events.

· Pre-Proposal Conference Briefing: 80 FTW Auditorium, 20th Ave. Bldg. 2320, Rm C166
· Site visit bus tour pick-up/drop-off: 80 FTW Auditorium, 20th Ave. Bldg. 2320
· One-on-One Sessions: 82nd Contracting Squadron, 206 J Ave. Bldg 1662
OBTAINING BASE ACCESS
At the Sheppard Main Gate, non-DoD ID card holders will present the guard each passenger’s driver’s license. Anyone not on the registration list will not be granted access and must return to the Visitor’s Center. Without pre-registration there is no guarantee that a sponsor from the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be available to sign-on unregistered visitors.

Tuesday, 17 Nov 15 0830 – 0900 CST: Assembly and Introductions

1230 – 1630 CST: Site visit bus tour
Wednesday, 18 Nov 15 0900 – TBD CST: Begin One-on-One Sessions
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
Prior to conducting the site visit, a pre-proposal conference will be held. Submit known questions in writing to Elizabeth Preston at elizabeth.preston@us.af.mil and Todd Joyner at todd.joyner.1@us.af.mil NLT 1200 CST on 9 Nov 15 so the Government can provide an adequate response during the conference.
Meeting minutes will be recorded to summarize the conference discussion. Government responses to questions received and the meeting minutes will be posted to FedBizOpps.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
Offerors must pre-register for one-on-one sessions NLT 1200 CST, 9 Nov 15. Sessions will be limited to 15 minutes each.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
All questions must be submitted in writing. Questions will be welcomed during the pre-proposal conference, site visit, and one-on-one sessions. The Government will provide question forms to submit throughout the event. Questions will be answered in writing and posted to the FedbizOpps website.
Should there be a difference between verbal and written answers, the written answers will take precedence. Questions and answers posted to FedBizOpps will not include company information.
OTHER INFORMATION
This site visit will be an extensive walking tour. Advise comfortable shoes. Handicapped access is not available in most areas.
