PWS Change Matrix for Sheppard Aircraft Maintenance Contract Amendment 1 1 Dec 15
Section Paragraph Comment 2-1 2.1.10 Updated AFI references in the last sentence.
2-1 2.1.11.32 Added new paragraph that reads: "The SP shall submit Ground Operating Procedures (GOPs) to the Ground Government Flight Representative (GGFR), (the Chief COR), per DCMA Instruction 8210.1C, Chapter 5."
2-1 2.1.11.32.1 Added new paragraph that reads: The SP shall submit GOPs NLT the Pre-Performance Conference for Government review and approval. Corrected GOPs shall be submitted by contract start date.
3-1 3.1.3.13.3 Changed the 4th sentence from: "FOD will be picked up as it is created." to read: "SP personnel shall practice clean-as-you-go work habits to aid in FOD prevention."

The AA Standard is the number of aircraft the SP shall make available to meet daily Cap and Spare requirements regardless of season or minimum turn time."

Added new paragraph that reads: "Turn Time. Minimum contractual Turn Times are as follows: T-6A is 3:15, T- 38C UPT is 2:45, and T-38C IFF is 2:30. Turn time is reflected as TOT to TOT. Turn Times may be increased at Operational Group request during weekly scheduling meetings, for such things as night training requirements, safety, etc.. E.G. increased from 2:45 to 3:15 during summer months due to heat index hazards. Deviations of +/- 15 minutes for scheduled T/O times will be allowed after +1 hour prior notification by Operations supervisors to MX. Chock times are as follows: T-6 is 1:50, T-38C UPT is 1:30, and IFF is 1:15 after scheduled T/O. Chock extensions are approved at MX discretion."

Added Note 2 that reads: "There are an additional 15 loaner T-38C aircraft (12 IFF, 3 UPT) on station to assist the unit during the Pacer Classic III modification. These aircraft were provided to supplement the loss of aircraft due to induction into Pacer Classic III modification line, plus the loss of aircraft that are either in depot or waiting for depot input due to structural cracks. These loaner aircraft were placed on station to assist the unit in maintaining fleet health due to lack of aircraft. These aircraft are not permanently assigned."

Added Paragraph BA.6.1 that reads: "The following schedule is the “Notional” schedule for T-38C aircraft inductions into the Pacer Classic III modification line per year. This schedule is notional and has the potential to slip to the right into FY22 and FY23 depending on the number of flow days, the number of PC III inductions the depot team can manage per year. Additional aircraft may be added in FY 22 and FY23 depending on the status of the T-38C replacement (T-X aircraft). "
