Sustainment/Restoration and Modernization Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC)
14 Mar 06 Information to Industry
The purpose of this notice is to provide two additional clarifications regarding the Sample Task Order SOW. These are minor clarifications and will not result in issuance of an amendment or an adjustment to the proposal receipt date:
Clarification #1: Section 1.1 of the sample task SOW states for the offeror to assume that each storage unit is 3’w x 3’h x 4’d. Section 3.5.4 of the sample task SOW describes these storage units as “chain link cages” with a dimension of 3’w x 3’h x 6’d. The correct dimension is as listed in Section 1.1 and is 3’w x 3’h x 4’d.
Clarification #2: Section 1.1 of the sample task SOW states that each storage area contains 30 storage units. The storage areas containing the storage units include the 6 modules as described in Section 3.5.1 and the personal storage space described in Section
3.5.4. Since each space contains 30 storage units, the total requirement is 210 storage units. The personal storage space described in Section 3.5.1 is noted as the equipment storage area on the floor plan drawing.
We look forward to receiving your proposals on schedule for 21 March. Please stay tuned to FEDBIZOPS postings and the SATOC webpage at http://www.afcesa.af.mil/ceb/cebc/sol/. Please direct any further questions via email to Ron Mortag, ron.mortag@randolph.af.mil.
