FA2550-18-R-1009 B210 Boilers Amendment 005
Amendment #005 includes the following clarification:
Q.) Whom is responsible for moving the boulders on the SW side of the building? The Government or the Contractor?
A.) SOW 5.2.2 i. states "The contractor is required to repair any damaged landscaping and building finishes resulting from work performed as part of this project." If the contractor needs to move the boulders to conduct the work or to access areas closer to the buildings, then the contractor must plan on moving them along with placing them in their original places to include repairing any damage to the landscape.
