Maintain irrigated grass at 2”-4” and non-irrigated grass at 2-5”; provide limited non-mowing maintenance solely for appearance purposes. Limit trimming and edging to DV, high visitor, memorial/flag parks, parade and fitness areas Limit irrigation system maintenance and fertilization to only DV, high visitor, memorial/parade/fitness areas, and limit lawn renovation to vehicle rut correction and erosion control as needed Limit leaf removal, debris removal, grounds policing to operational, safety, AT/FP, drainage problem and lawn disease prevention Limit pest/weed control to noxious or invasive species control Limit pruning of shrubs, hedges, and other vegetation to prevention of infrastructure damage, pest infestation and to comply with AT/FP standards
