Clients, on the standard NAVFAC/USACE PPQ form and in the CPARS system. Both the
NAVFAC/USACE PPQ form and the CPARS reviews include the same information as included in Atch7-Past Performance Questionnaire. We’ve recently collected these from our clients for other proposals. In an effort to lessen the burden on our Government clients, can we submit these forms in lieu of sending out a reference package for the same information to the same people?

8. Pricing Schedule.
Question: With the current market on metal products fluctuating on a regular basis, it will be difficult to project prices for 30 days, much less 1-3 years.
