1. We are currently responding to the request for proposal, FA2517-17-R-7003, issued by 21ST Contracting Squadron in Colorado Springs for the Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) for Space and Cyberspace Capabilities (MSCC) Support contract.
2. A major consideration in proposal evaluation is verification of past performance on contracts which reflect our ability to perform on the proposed effort. This acquisition requires we provide a past performance questionnaire to you since I believe you have first-hand experience with our performance on the contract, identified in the subject line.
3. It is extremely important to us that you please take a few moments to complete sections 3 and 4 of the attached questionnaire. Once completed, the detailed information contained in the questionnaire is considered Source Selection Sensitive and will NOT be released to us, the Offeror. Return responses directly to the contracting office as soon as possible, but not later than TBD by encrypted e-mail, by fax, or by mail as follows:
