About this file
Section F details the delivery schedule and performance requirements for the Oracle Consolidated Project (OCP) for the Air Force Services Center. The document outlines 18 distinct deliverables across multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), with most deliverables to be completed according to the contractor's project plan. Key deliverables include analyzing existing processes, creating implementation plans, configuring and integrating various Oracle modules (such as Treasury Management, Cash Management, Project Management, iSupplier, and Contracting Lifecycle Management), migrating legacy data, developing training materials, and providing post-implementation support for five option years.
The delivery point is specified as 3515 South General McMullen in San Antonio, TX 78226, with the exact recipient to be determined at the time of award. The initial project timeline requires the first three deliverables to be completed within specific timeframes: analysis of existing processes within 90 days of project start, a project plan and RASCI matrix within 30 days after the first deliverable, and an implementation plan within 30 days after the second deliverable. The contractor is responsible for delivering services in good order, furnishing a delivery schedule, and bearing all delivery charges.
