About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Risk Management, for Statewide Claims and Investigation Services. The Addendum revises the definition for the Vendor Bid System (VBS) within the ITN document. The Department anticipates that the Vendor Information Portal will replace the VBS effective March 28, 2022. The ITN was originally posted in November 2021 and two previous Addenda were issued in December 2021 and March 2022 to extend the deadline for vendors to submit questions and provide additional information.

The ITN solicits competitive sealed Responses from qualified vendors to provide statewide claims and investigation services. No other pricing, set aside, incumbent, or funding details are provided in the Addendum. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified.
